I've been working in digital communications, brand management and technology for over 20 years. As founder of agency mindmelt, I've watched AI completely transform our industry in just a few months.
That's where my second passion comes from: teaching people to master AI with confidence. Not as a computer scientist, but as someone who makes technology accessible - and shows what it can actually deliver in day-to-day work.
Today I'm on stages, in training rooms and with leadership teams. I explain how Large Language Models work, why AI won't kill jobs, and how companies can use it strategically. My goal: build understanding, reduce fears and empower teams - from first prompt to automated workflows.
What drives me? The belief that AI skills aren't about age, industry or tech background. Anyone can learn to use AI effectively - when someone explains it properly.
