Recognised because good isn't enough
The Leading Innovator 2026 award confirms what our clients already know: mindmelt thinks deeper. Not louder. Not flashier. But more precisely.
And more precisely means: communication that hits the mark.
Most companies that come to us don't have a quality problem. They have a visibility problem. Their customers can't find them. Their strengths don't come across and competitors look more professional. And you can see it in the revenue.
This isn't fate - it's a problem we can solve.
At mindmelt, you speak directly with the person who thinks and decides - as equals. That means: no account manager, no overhead. Just clarity, expertise, strategy and results.
What this means for you:
Redefining the agency model
We're a team of strategists, designers and technicians - led by Ingo Krumm, who personally oversees every project. Depending on requirements, our core team expands with exactly the specialists needed.
Every project carries personal accountability - from first conversation to measurable results.
The measure isn't whether something looks good - it's whether it sells. A website that can't be found is just decoration. A campaign that doesn't convert is money wasted. We build communication that drives revenue.

Who does mindmelt work best with?
Companies without their own marketing department - or those communicating such complex topics that traditional agencies can't handle them. Managing directors who trust us and get results in return. Those are our best projects - and our longest relationships.
What's special about you and your agency?
We see things others miss. Not because we're cleverer - but because we really listen. What a company shows the world and what it actually is often don't match. Closing that gap - that's our core business.
How did your career develop?
My career began traditionally with commercial training. Working in sales, marketing and as a webmaster, I realised how closely these areas connect. As marketing director of a software company, I gained valuable experience before going freelance as a graphic and web designer. Today we mainly support mid-market businesses with some very well-known brands in our portfolio.
You have over 20 years' experience. How has that shaped you?
That time showed me one thing above all: success isn't chance. It comes from clarity, authenticity and courage to try new approaches. I've learnt how important it is to see the person and company behind the brand - whether that's the client or their audience.
What drives you?
The moment a client says: now people finally understand us. Sounds simple, but it isn't. That's what we work for.
What can clients expect when working with mindmelt?
Honesty, commitment and results. My clients know I'm fully invested and won't just pull a standard solution off the shelf. I listen, understand their challenges and share responsibility for project success.
How do you see your industry's future?
I believe traditional large advertising agencies will increasingly disappear because production and standard tasks are becoming more automated. Clients can handle more in-house, whether through online tools or artificial intelligence. The future belongs to smaller agencies and consultants who see the bigger picture - with proximity to projects and clients.
What sets you apart from other consultants or agencies?
I'm an advertiser, but not in the traditional sense. I understand people, systems and processes. I connect strategic thinking, design and sales processes with technical expertise. My clients feel that I genuinely want to make a difference.
You take responsibility. What does that mean practically?
We don't wait for someone to tell us what to do. We think through the details clients shouldn't have to worry about. Technically, strategically, communicatively. And we stand behind it - with our name and results.
Many think sales means pushing people towards something they don't really want. How do you see it today?
I long thought sales had to be extraordinarily creative or follow strict patterns. But eventually I realised: the greatest success comes when I'm genuinely there for my counterpart - not from duty or calculation, but from real joy in putting people and companies on the map. This attitude changed everything. Clients feel it, and then the rest follows naturally. That's exactly what drives me today.
And what do you enjoy most about your work?
I love when a vague idea becomes something concrete that really works - for the client and their audience. I enjoy seeing how our work makes a difference and brings real results and success.
Resonance Lab by mindmelt
The Resonance Lab is an intensive workshop format for brands wanting to communicate more clearly, emotionally and effectively.
In a focused deep-dive, we distil identity into strategy - tangible, authentic and brand-defining. For companies wanting more than visibility: genuine resonance. A space for clarity, connection and fresh energy - in thinking, feeling and selling.

Some companies grow, others just become more visible
There are companies that have been doing good work for years but still don't get the customers they deserve. Not because the product is poor, but because nobody outside understands what happens inside. That's exactly where our work begins.
NOT DIFFERENT. REAL.
THAT'S WHY YOU FEEL IT.
