How we work: from first call to launch

Five clear phases. You always know where your project stands. A 2023 BVDW study found 43 percent of mid-market web projects run at least two months late (BVDW, 2023). Complexity isn't the culprit. Unclear ownership and late decisions are. Our workflow rules out both.

Phase 1 - Initial call (free, 30 minutes)
Phase 2 - Briefing and concept (1 to 2 weeks)

What does great marketing actually cost?

Honest answer: it depends. But we won't hide behind that line. Our budget check takes five minutes and gives you a realistic range. The KfW Mittelstandspanel 2024 found 58 percent of mid-sized businesses spend under 10,000 euros a year on digital marketing (KfW, 2024).
